Refund, Replacement & Delivery Policy

  1. Third-Party Sales: If the product was ordered from a third party, such as Amazon.com, refunds and returns must be processed through their website per their stated procedures.

 

  1. Refunds: All sales are final.  In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.  Please be sure to carefully read the product description before making a purchase.  We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped unless otherwise stated in marketing collateral or directly on the product website.

 

  1. Replacement: If your order has been damaged in transit or you received a wrong item, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@alphabrands.io or respond to your order confirmation email. 

 

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product.  To request an RA number, please email us at info@alphabrands.io or call 800-456-7890 and provide the following information:  Name, Address, Phone, Reason for Refund, and Date of Purchase.

 

Upon issuance of an RA number, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for return of the original product.  Please mark the RA number on the outside of the package and place a copy of the original invoice inside the return package.  Product must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging.  All returns are subject to inspection. Any product, in our sole and absolute discretion, that shows evidence of use or improper handling will not be considered for exchange.  Upon our determination that the product was damaged in transit or was not the item ordered, we will replace it with a new one, free of charge.

 

Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment and you may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; AlphaBrands is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

 

Most exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt and are shipped via Parcel Post. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your exchange request.

 

Product Delivery

  1. General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

  1. Delivery Instructions: You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website under “Notes”.

 

  1. Delivery Time: We make every effort to fulfill your order within twenty-four (24) hours, except for weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping is FREE unless special requests are needed and approved through customer service. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped, if applicable.

 

  1. Delivery Location: Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. Shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.
