Yes! In fact, the mesh neb atomizes the particles smaller than your typical jet nebulizer, meaning more of it gets to your lungs. Not to mention, people love how quiet it is to use and how fast their treatment is done.

The mesh nozzle on the unit needs to be replaced every 1-3 months with daily use. You can purchase a mesh nozzle and other accessories for your nebulizer without replacing it in most cases. Contact us for any issues that may arise. Make sure to run 3-6 ml of distilled water through the device after each treatment to prevent the mesh from getting clogged with buildup. Do NOT use tap water.
Our neb can handle most common respiratory meds like albuterol or ipratropium. Highly viscous meds like Pulmozyme, tobramycin, Mucomyst, or Colistin are not recommended. Suspension medications like budesonide have larger particles that could potentially clog the mesh, so make sure to nebulize 3-6 ml of distilled water after every treatment. Use one medication at a time.
